We're Lauren and Eric Garner. We've been Wilson County neighbors for about nine years and Lebanon homeowners for more than four, on three acres we wouldn't trade (though Eric would happily take more).
We bring two very different backgrounds to the table. Lauren spent 12+ years running the operations side of real estate, supporting more than 4,000 closings before she ever sold a home herself. Eric spent 20+ years in sales, then worked in property management right here in Middle Tennessee.
That means one of us is quietly tracking every deadline while the other is reading the room and negotiating for you. Whether you're buying your first home, leaving an apartment behind, selling, or moving here from somewhere bigger, you get both of us, start to finish.

Before I ever showed a house, I spent 12+ years behind the scenes of real estate, running operations, managing transactions from contract to close, and supporting more than 4,000 closings as a Director of Operations. I know every step of the process because I've built the systems that run it.
I'm originally from Texas and a proud city-to-small-town convert. Lebanon won me over, and now I love helping people make the same move with confidence.
You'll usually find me with a coffee in hand, a timeline already mapped out, and a soft spot for anything 90s.

I spent more than 20 years in sales before real estate, then worked in property management here in Middle Tennessee. I've seen the renting side up close, so I know the questions renters ask and how to help them find a real path to homeownership.
I'm the laid-back half of this duo. I handle our builder relationships for new construction across Wilson County, and I'll probably make you laugh at least once during a showing.
Off the clock, I'm with my best friend, Emmett, our 130-pound golden retriever or off to find a new fishing hole.
