What you send us

When you fill out a form (a guide request, home search, home value request, contact form or newsletter signup), we receive what you enter, like your name, email, phone and notes. We use it to reply to you, send what you asked for, and, if you opted in, send our monthly newsletter. Forms are processed by our website host (Netlify) and our email service (Flodesk). We don't sell your information. You can unsubscribe from any email at any time.

Analytics and advertising cookies

We use Google Analytics to understand how people find and use this site, such as which pages are visited and how visitors arrived. We also use the Meta Pixel to measure our Facebook and Instagram ads and to show our ads to people who have visited this site. These tools use cookies and similar technologies and collect information like your device, browser and pages viewed. They do not receive what you type into our forms.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, use the Google Analytics opt-out add-on, and manage ad preferences in your Facebook ad settings.
