Neighborhoods
We've lived in Wilson County for about nine years, and Lebanon is home. Here's a local's look at the places we know best.
Our hometown
The county seat of Wilson County, with a historic town Square, Cumberland University, and Cedars of Lebanon State Park just down the road. You'll find older homes with character, newer subdivisions, and plenty of homes on acreage.
A few of our favorites: coffee at The Front Porch Cafe, a healthy lunch at Basic Eatery, and a fall evening stroll through Don Fox Park.

New communities keep popping up across Lebanon, Mt. Juliet, and the rest of the county, many with homes under $500K. For a lot of renters, that's the most realistic path to a first home with low maintenance and modern finishes.
Builders often offer incentives like rate buydowns or help with closing costs, and the offers change month to month. We keep up with what's on the table right now, so you can compare communities side by side.
One tip: bring us along on your very first model home visit. Many builders require your agent to be there from the start.
